The meeting was called to order at 6 p.m. at the Bozeman Public
Library Community Room. Board members present: Kelly Vange and Brandon Foster. Dorick
Sauvageau, golf course liaison, was also present.
Membership dues increase – The membership voted to increase annual membership dues
for the 2026-2027 fiscal year to $150, with BCSCA absorbing QuickBooks
processing fees.
Annual budget review – The membership voted to approve the annual budget as
presented for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
Annual meeting date by-law change – The membership voted to change the
by-laws to allow for an annual meeting on any convenient date in May.
Email communication by-law change – The membership voted to approve communication by the HOA board via email.
Election of board members – Brandon Foster was re-elected and Julie Rogers was
elected to the board replacing Phil Rostad.
The meeting adjourned at 7 p.m.
