Board of Directors Meeting

Tuesday, March 2, 2020

 

 

Tom Wilson, President called the meeting to order at 6:10 pm.  Board members present: Dian Bottcher, Fred Deigert and Dorick Sauvageau.

 

Approval of Minutes – The minutes from the November 11, 2019 Board of Directors Meeting were approved.

 

Design Review Committee – Sharyn Anhalt reported by email that the owner of Phase 1 lot 14 has decided not to build.  Plans for this lot were approved at the previous Board meeting.  Dian reported that the decision was due to the City’s garage set-back rule.

 

Sharyn reported that Steve Deboer is ready with his plans for the lot he purchased from Golf Course Partners.  He will drop those plans off soon.  Sharyn noted that the City will need to review the easement across that property before the Design Review Committee can approve his plans.

 

There were no other pending items.

 

Financial Report – Sharyn reported by email that financial statements have not been finalized.  She forwarded the 2019 meeting notice and proxy form to update for the 2020 meeting.  Kim will send the financial reports to Tom for review and update the 2020 meeting notice.

 

Annual Meeting Notice – Tom proposed keeping the dues the same for the 2020-2021 Fiscal year.  He will review the financial reports to confirm the dues amounts.  The two-year terms are up for Board members Fred Deigert and Sharyn Anhalt.  Both board members have agreed to be nominated for an additional two-year term.  Kim will draft the 2020 Annual Meeting Notice and Proxy Form and forward to the Board for review and approval.

Old Business/New Business – There was no further business to come before the Board.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 pm.

Board Meeting schedule for the 2019-2020 Fiscal Year – The Board will meet on the 1st Monday of the month at 6:00 pm.  The future meeting schedule is as follows:
