Special Board Meeting
Minutes– May 3, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 PM at the Hope Lutheran Church. Continuing and newly elected directors, Erik Steckmest, Bill Ranard, Dorick Sauvageau, Joan Michlin and Carolyn Hopper were present.
Election of officers took place as follows:
President – Erik Steckmest
Vice President – Bill Ranard
Secretary – Carolyn Hopper
Treasurer – Joan Michlin
The meeting adjourned at 9:10pm.
