Annual Membership
Meeting
September 15, 2020
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Annual Membership Meeting
was delayed until September and was conducted by mail-in proxy votes.
Confirm Quorum
A
Quorum was obtained. 160 proxies were
received - 52 over 106 needed for a Quorum.
Treasurer’s report
The vote on the 2020-2021 budget was held by written
ballot and passed. Currently, accounts
receivable totals $8,402.13 of which $5,900.00 is for 2020-2021 dues.
Election of two
Board of Director positions, serving two years until May 2022.
The Board is composed of five directors, one Director
is appointed by Golf Course Partners, four are elected by the membership. Each term is two years and there are
currently two openings.
The two
candidates on the ballot were Sharyn Anhalt and Fred Deigert. The vote on the
candidates was conducted by written ballot.
New business
There was
no new business brought before the Membership.
