Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Annual Membership Meeting was conducted by mail-in proxy votes.
Confirm Quorum - A Quorum was obtained. 153 proxies were received - 47 over 106 needed for a Quorum.
Treasurer’s report -
The vote on the 2021-2022
budget was held by written ballot and passed.
Election of Board of Directors - The Board is composed of five directors, one Director is appointed by Golf Course Partners, four are elected by the membership. Each term is two years and there are currently three openings. The vote on the candidates was conducted by written ballot.
Tom Wilson and Diane Bottcher were nominated to serve May 2021 to May 2023.
Phil
Rostad was nominated to complete Sharyn Anhalt’s term May 2021 to May 2022.
New business - There was no new business brought before the Membership.
